Halloween Play group

Well it is official... I.did.not.like.my.garden.gnome.outfit.

We hosted the Halloween play group/ happy hour with the dads last night. Just about all of my buddies showed up, and the theme was: It's my party and I'll cry if I want to. So, mommy had to rush to Old Navy to buy me a new costume today (which I like much better, post to come). Thanks goodness it is the day before the big day and all costumes were 50% off.

So my first tooth sprouted about a month ago, and it has been nonstop from there. I now have 4 teeth!

Crazy Hair

Now that I am finally starting to get a little hair, it can look pretty crazy after bath time. If I am anything like most of my family, I am not too lucky in the hair department. Maybe I will get Mimi's or my uncle Andy's hair? I did have to have a little cut today, as my hair was starting to grow over my ears. Who knows, maybe next year I will have a "do" like Ryder, Kingston or even Suri...

Saucers

Shep and I were having fun (well, not in Shep's case) in our respective saucers this weekend. Shep had a little "hot spot" that we were trying to protect- nothing to worry about. It was kind of funny watching him bang into things around the house.

Puffs

Today I tried (again) the puff snacks. So my strategy is to just go for it, face down, like a little dog eating out of his bowl. When that does not work, I resort to the tried and true pincher grab. I make the food to mouth connection about 1 out of every 10 times. We are working on it!
