Dinner with E and Sophie

We went over to Gogo and Bo's house last night for dinner with our cousins, Elizabeth and Sophie. Now that they have moved so close, we can't wait to do this more often.

Dance Party

What do you do on a rainy day??? DANCE!

Costume changes

Well, you should never count on Halloween costume ideas going your way. Andy started out as a monster -- lil Frankie and then ended up being a UGA football player. Reese started out as a pumpkin, then was a pea in the pod and finally ended up as a UGA cheerleader.

Trick-or-Treat

We headed over to Ryan and Rachel Connelly's house for our 2nd annual trick-or-treating on Halloween night. Wyatt (3 1/2) the dino and Vivian (16 mo) the pirate were our hosts. Andy really got the whole idea this year. He did, however, ask to eat each piece of candy after each house. That boy has got a sweet tooth! The rain did slow us down a bit, but not before we filled our bags to the top!

Getting ready to head out
how awesome is this hand-carved pumpkin?

Reese had one eye open, she did not want to miss out on a thing
this giraffe costume killed me!
trick-or-treat or "can I have some candy"
we love this stuff!
this man kinda freaked andy out

not for long, after he realized that he had candy

Halloween Parade

Today was the Halloween parade at my school, St. James. I did not want to put on my costume at first, but then warmed up to it once I saw all the other kids in theirs. My lil Frankie costume is perfect for my current monster and witch obsession. Happy Halloween!

Sorry about the video being sideways - I can't figure out how to rotate it!

A "cool" fall weekend

By cool, I mean chilly chilly weather. We went to the pumpkin patch and picked out 3 beautiful ones - all very different and unique. Andy and Reese braved the cool temps, poor girl wears her Halloween outfit everywhere b/c it is the warmest item of clothing she has. At least she looks festive!

At the Pumpkin Patch
bundled up for a walk with dad
Andy had to get a picture of him hugging each one of the pumpkins

Diaper Free - Yippee!

As of last weekend, I am officially diaper free! We worked very hard for 3 days to master the art and finally it just clicked. Not to say that we don't have tiny accidents here or there, but we are wearing big boy underpants ONLY these days. I'm so proud of my big boy.

Hey Girl!

While the boys played soccer, Kate Kennedy and I kicked it on the ground. She is only 2 weeks older than me!

My First Braves Game

I went to my very first Braves games last Friday night. Porter and his dad, Alan, took dad and I for one of the last games of the season. Popo and I had a blast running around and exploring the stadium. I even brought home a "hammer" (aka tomahawk) as a souvenir. We also got to stay out super late - 11 pm!

Identity Crisis

Andy has been having a little identity crisis lately....

Am I a baby?

Or a Momma? (this is me showing mom how I "pump" milk)

A few smiles

We are starting to get some cute little smiles from Reese. We have started putting her on her baby Einstein play mat and (just like her brother) she loves staring at that darn blinking star. She and Andy are really starting to interact and he seems much more interested in hanging out and playing with her. It is very cute to watch.
